Roon App using Big Sur on New MacMini M1 unable to connect to Roon Core on Beelink T2 Computer with Roon App! its connected to my LAN. Roon App States Ready showing the green button also displays the windows computer version 1.8 (Build 795) Stable Ready. My M1 Mac Mini cannot connect to my QNAP TS-469L NAS, Tried connecting with Chrome and Safari they both Time out! Only able to connect to my NAS via WiFi with my iPhone XR. spoke to second-level Apple support about this they said it’s a QNAP Issue! I believe it’s the 64Bit M1 Chip and BigSur OS that won’t let allow me to connect. Never had any issue with my Older 2012 MacMini with Intel Chip running Mavericks connecting to my NAS and ROON Core and Roon App
I have a CAT6 network in my house my NAS and BeeLink with Roon Core connected via CAT6 wiring to my Luxul 1200 Wifi Router to Luxul 8 port GB Switch that’s connected to the Luxul 1200’s (4) port built-in HUB. both my MAC and iPhone are WiFi connected
Perhaps the newest QNAP will work?
anyone have any experience getting your NAS to connect via your Safari or Chrome Browser with 64Bit BigSur?
