Bit Depth Conversion in Muse

Hello,
Is the sample rate conversion function in Muse capable of converting only the bit depth to 32 bits while keeping the original sample rate unchanged?"

I don’t think so. But neither is there any point.

Increasing the bit depth to 32 bit does not, itself, change the audio in any way whatsoever. The only reason that you would want to do this is to support other DSP operations - such as re-sampling or indeed EQ/level adjustment - without unduly degrading the audio.

Roon automatically does the bit depth conversion necessary to support other DSP operations but does not do it otherwise.

If there isn’t any other DSP going on, there isn’t any advantage to just increasing the bit depth. The added least significant bits would all just be zero.
