Qobuz has quite a list of albums available for download at attractive Black Friday prices.
My guess, but it is really just a guess, is that you can buy downloads even if Qobuz streaming is not availble in your country. Worth to take a look and eventually try out.

Qobuz downloads are not available in non licensed countries. Geoblocking prevents it. But if you opened a Qobuz a/c in a licensed country then you will always be able to buy downloads from Qobuz.
Thanks for the heads up, I have spent the last few hours reviewing and downloading a number of albums in both CD quality and hi res that I wanted to own.
