I have a Nucleus+ system. My core and all remotes are running normally, except for a new remote installation. I have a MacBook Pro running running High Sierra OS. Roon is installed on this OS and working. I am also running Windows 10 Pro 64 bit with VMWare Fusion v 11.5.2 as a second OS on the MacBook Pro. I have installed Roon as a Remote on the Windows OS because I need to be able to import/export with the Windows File system. When I start Roon in the Windows OS, I get a black screen. I have uninstalled and re-installed Roon several times, trying both 64 and 32 bit versions with the same result.
