· I have had a blank screen on the Roon app on my macbook since 5th March morning. I have uninstalled and installed a freshly downloaded file but to no avail. Can you please let me know if there is an issue currently and whats the ETA for the fix? I am running Roon on Mac 26.3.1 (25D2128)

The screen you’re seeing is normal upon restarting your Roon server. The time this screen is visible for can depend on your library size. For 190k tracks for me it can take upto 5 mins (usually less).
Is Roon server running on the same Mac as the client?
How many tracks are in your library?
How long have you left this screen for?

For future updates, here is the most direct way to clear the macOS network block without touching your router:
Go to your Mac’s System Settings > Privacy & Security > Local Network and toggle both Roonand RoonServer OFF, then immediately back ON.
Click the small Roon icon in your Mac’s top menu bar (near the clock) and select Quit Roon Server, then launch it again.
If it still hangs, perform a standard reboot of the Mac itself.
Thanks Mr. Flibble, i have performed all these steps. No luck. Please see the attached first screenshot i see now. Btw, my library is not 190K plus and the screen is stuck at the second screenshot
Thanks for writing in and for sharing your report and all the troubleshooting steps attempted so far.
My apologies if this has also already been attempted, but have you tested temporarily disabling your macOS firewall, rebooting Roon and attempting to connect afterwards?
Let me know if any behavior changes under these conditions. Thank you!
