Description of Issue

For the last couple of weeks I have a blue spinning circle on the top right of the screen. When I double click on it, I get the following dialogue box pop up:

It doesn’t appear to be affecting performance / playback but every now and then I get a message saying that a track or album (that I was playing before) can’t be found in my data base.

Restart your Roon software should solve this problem. I have encountered this several times before.

A core reboot will probably fix it.

In case that’s not exactly clear, if you select settings in Roon you’ll see your core listed with an IP address. Enter the address in your web browser and you’ll get a system status page for your core. From this page you can restart the Roon server software. That should fix your problem.
