BlueNote downloads lossless?

Has anybody bought music directly from BlueNote and knows if what you get is lossless? There’s no information on their website, and their support doesn’t appear to be able to answer this question (they asked for an order number, but I told them I was asking before making an order and haven’t heard back since). Do they expect people to buy downloads (which their FAQ repeatedly tells you are FINAL AND NONREFUNDABLE) without knowing whether they’re lossless? And who pays money to buy mp3s?

But rant aside: any idea what you get when you buy a BlueNote download?

BlueNote eventually came back saying they can’t answer my question. I’m both baffled and unsurprised.

So nobody here has bought stuff from BlueNote then? Not surprising given that they don’t seem to know what they’re even selling…
