Hi @hinds2020,

Please share a screenshot of the Nucleus Web Administration Page.

This Nucleus isn’t visible to our diagnostic servers. Where is connected in your network topology relative to both a) your main router and b) the Bluesound Node in question?

Please list any managed network hardware, like the access points/mesh nodes indicated, that sits between the Nucleus and the internet.

Next list any managed network hardware that sits between the router and your Bluesound Node.

Verify that multicast forwarding or any related setting is enabled in your router diagnostic settings.

Thanks!

There is a new and different issue. Roon shows my albums and mixes with Tidal just like its supposed to. When playing the track is selected and the little bars go up and down but no sound can be heard. It then switches tracks after a few seconds still with no sound. My nucleus 1 is connected as it always has been to the Arris surfboard router. The Bluesound powernode works wirelessly and plays fine

Hey @hinds2020,

Thanks for the report! If possible, could you please recreate the issue, share the track name, and then please use the directions found here and send over a set of logs to our File Uploader?

Our team will be able to take a closer look into your issue with the above information. Thank you! :raised_hands:
