Bluesound speakers no longer networked


I have two Bluesound speakers (1 Pulse Mini, 1 Pulse Flex) as well as an NAD C358 receiver with BluOS. All three devices/endpoints were showing up as networked devices in Roon, but aren’t any longer. I cannot figure out how to get the network to rediscover them.

The Roon core is located on my iMac.

I can play music on all devices using the Bluesound app, but not on Roon.

The iMac and all three of my devices are connected to the same wifi network.

please help.

Rebooting the core is always a good start I find.

Hi @Kenny_Reed ---- Thank you for the report and sharing your feedback with us. Sorry to hear of the troubles.

Moving forward, I would recommend rebooting your core as suggested by @Chrislayeruk, and also rebooting any other equipment pertinent equipment (i.e the Bluesound devices, networking hardware, etc). Just so everything is in a “fresh” state. Let me know how it goes!
