Bookmarked focus on < 3-star albums incorrectly focuses on < 49.5-star albums [Ticket In]

Description of Issue

Steps to replicate the issue:

1. Focus on albums with less than 3-star rating:
   

   

2. Bookmark the focus:
   

   

3. Use the bookmark:
   

   

As you can see, instead of showing albums with less than 3-star rating (currently 2 in my library), albums with less than 49.5-star rating are shown (obviously all albums get displayed).

This behavior has been in place since forever, at least for the last 3-4 years.
