Bought Nucleus - "Software Update Needed" but doesn't download

I have a Bluesound 2i hooked up to my Simaudio 611i and added a nucleus to my network via ethernet. When I open the app on my iPhone it says “Software Update Needed” so I click on download and it begins with "Remote Core (Nucleus) - 1.4 (build 310) stable Downloading Roon Labs Software 1.0 (Build 9) stable. But then it begins downloading and just sits there with a red circle with an ! in it.

I have restarted the modem, restarted the nucleus, re-downloaded the app SEVERAL times. THIS SUCKS!

Check this kB article for alternative ways to update the Nucleus.

Hi @josh_rosner,

As @Greg mentioned you can also use the Nucleus Web UI to perform the firmware update. If you are still having issues after following the instructions that Greg linked, just let me know and I can certainly assist further.
