Bryston DAC BDA 3.14 not Working as Roon Ready Device (ref#UWLFH4)

Roon Core: Intel NUC 10 i3, 256GB RAM,
Version 1.0 (build 259)
Roon Server Software
Version 2.0 (build 1413) on Android

I have a Roon lifetime subscription

Problem:
My Bryston DAC BDA 3.14 doesnt work anymore as a Roon Ready device.

On the device browser dashboard the "Roon Ready" Service cannot be started anymore.

It shows: "Trial Key: error -s, check back later"

When i click on that, i will be redirected to this link:
https://account.roon.app/en/coupon?code=error%20-s%2C%20check%20back%20later

It says "REDEEM YOUR ROON COUPON CODE"
How can this be fixed? Thank you for your help.

I suggest you contact Bryston support too about this issue with your Bryston product.

PS: Double check and make sure you run the latest firmware on your Bryston product.

The problem is solved.

Turning the power off and on by using the power switch has turned off the device but did not solve the problem.
I disconnected the Bryston DAC several minutes from the power wall outlet and now its working again.
