Samsung S4 tablet, Nucleus.
The album edit menue seem to have a bug, in landscape mode I see the edit menu, in portrait mode the edit menu is not shown.
Not a bug. Portrait mode does not support editing.

I have.album edit screens on my Samsung Tab S2 in portrait mode.
Seams to be a problem of my tablet, thanks for testing.
