Just asking myself why it is that hardly any of the the reviews / album intros for classical albums in Roon have any authorships.
Is this another bug?
Are the authirs ashamed f what they are writing?
Is there any oither reason?
Thanks you for clarifying, Roon-guys.
It’s recognised as a bug, but obviously fairly low on the list of priorities…
Hi,
I just realized that album reviews shown on Roon are also available on Allmusic, but with an important difference : reviews bear their author’s name on Allmusic, but are anonymous on Roon. For example, here is the review by James Leonard on Allmusic for an album by Andread Scholl :

And the identical review on Roon, but anonymous this time :

Is this omission by design ? IMHO, I think that reviewer names should be clearly spelled out when shown on Roon. This is especiall…

…just like 95% of other bug fixes. Bugs are generally low on Roons priority list, it seems.
In that case: better no reviews than crappy stuff without author.
Thanks for the pointer anyway
As someone else pointed out - you just love throwing out these little gems, don’t you?
