I have an iPhone 14 Pro with Roon app installed. For some reason it seems be missing a couple items. I have it installed on my iPads as well (both being iOS apps, you'd think they would match). On my phone, these are the two issues: 1. Tags are missing: I get "You have no tags" error (they work fine on iPad). 2. Haha, OK the second I was going to report is now fixed, so someone else must have reported it (no search feature for playlists - so never mind just item #1)
Nope, One is iOS and the other iPadOS. The phone version of Roon app is designed for a small screen experience, whereas the iPad is running tablet sized screen version of the Roon application.
If you with to requested additional functionality, check out the Feature Suggestions category of the forum, I recommend performing a search as quite often there’s an existing topic already.
I always update to latest immediately. Please do not take my reporting this today to mean this is a new issue. It has been this way a LONG time, I am just busy and don’t have time normally to use this clunky reporting tool.
Can you please share a screenshot of your tags screen on your iPad or other remote showing the missing tags?
If you haven’t yet, I’d remove the Roon mobile app on the issue mobile device and perform a fresh reinstall, and see if your issues persist.
If you still see issues, please use the directions found here and send over a set of Roon mobile logs from your iOS device to our File Uploader? Once logs have been uploaded, please let us know so that we can check the server for your files, thanks!
