Describe the issue

Build 1483 crash causing server connection issue on Nucleus

Describe your network setup

Nucleus 2000GB, Samsung SSD 860
43% of 1848 GB available, Naim Uniti Atom, Macbook Air 2024 over Wifi

Adding a couple more screenshots here. This is the identical issue I had a week back. I have reinstalled OS (2X) restarted software (2x) rebooted nucleus (3x) to no avail. Nucleus will not reboot without me physically pushing power button. Every time I make a change it simply sends me back to the pulsing logo

Hi @Bryant_Bainbridge,

Thank you for your post.

The technical support team has found evidence of corruption in the most recent diagnostic logging to reach our servers from this Nucleus. Please verify you have a reliable Backup available before taking any further action - the earlier the Backup, the better. If you have no Backups, create one now.

We’ve noticed the Networking section was missing in the Web Administration Page screenshot you shared - this is often a sign of SSD failure.

This Nucleus is likely experiencing hardware failure and will require inspection on a bench.

The next step is to visit our Nucleus RMA intake form here and fill out the fields as relevant to your situation. This will alert out Nucleus team directly, bypassing troubleshooting here on Community.

Nucleus intake form: Nucleus Troubleshooting

Thank you. I was afraid it was the Nucleus barking back. I do have backups so no problem there. I will proceed with the Nucleus RMA intake form.

Thanks again!

I have backed up all of my music and have plenty of data base backups to draw on. I have also filled out the RMA intake form. Please advise where to send my nucleus for assessment/repair.

Thank you!
