Can you confirm what kind of GPU your device uses?
Are you only seeing this on the Windows 10 device? Are other remotes working properly?
Would you kindly use the directions found here and send us over a set of logs using a shared Dropbox link .
Well its ATI Radeon HD 4600 and while The app on my IPAD shows the full software ,it doesn’t work
everything on the computer works fine

FWIW, there are a few of us seeing similar issues after the build 521 update.
Core Machine (Operating system/System info/Roon build number)
HP Desktop 32 bit OS
Windows 10 Pro latest version
Roon v1.7 build 521
Network Details (Including networking gear model/manufacturer and if on WiFi/Ethernet)
ethernet
Audio Devices (Specify what device you’re using and its connection type - USB/HDMI/etc.)
various including USB out from this PC

After the 521 build update, my Roon Core (used solely for control on this HP Desktop running Win 10 restarted but…
Still waiting for the proper way to reinstall software,Do I delete it ,reinstall it,then do back up??

We are aware of an issue affecting Windows devices with certain older Radeon GPUs that is preventing text from displaying on the latest version of Roon (B521). Our team is currently investigating this issue and we are working to resolve this as soon as possible.
