Build 88 - Lost all networked zones

Immediately after running the build 88 update I lost all networked zones, (ID40, MC200, AirPort Extreme & AirPlay systems) plus my IPad just sits at “waiting for remote library” Nothing was changed other than the build 88 update and Roon had been running fine without dropping zones for some time now although I’ve never had it “see” my Apple TV 4 and I still suffer from Roon frequently saying that the Tidal tracks are unavailable when Tidal plays them fine.

Roon is running on my Mac Mini, OSX 10.11.2, the Meridian end zones are hard wired into the same gigabit switch and the Apple zones are visible on my router map and the Tidal app plays to them fine using AirPlay.

I’ve restarted my host Mac Mini and my router multiple times with no change.
HELP!
