Description of Issue
Lost connection to Qobuz. Every time i try to validate Qobuz credentials i get bad user or password error.
What happens if you try to log direct into Qobuz?
Hey @Ian_RIPPIN we’re so sorry for not being able to respond to your post sooner, we are hoping that you were able to sign in the Qobuz since your last reply.
Were you able to give @Henry_McLeod’s (Thanks, Henry!) suggestion a try? We would recommend this as a first step, as it might be that there is an issue with your Qobuz account/credentials.
If that doesn’t help, could you please try changing the DNS? We have seen users have a better experience in the past if they change their Router’s DNS servers from the ISP provided ones to Cloudflare DNS, Quad9 or Google DNS. Can you please give this a try and let me know if it helps?
