Description of Issue

Yet another Intel mboard failure. Wont boot, solid white light, solid green light.
Sigh.
Should I just buy a few Intel G45-micro ATX multimedia motherboards to
keep in stock?
I’ll swap the DRAM, SSD and NVME and call it done.

Hey @Geoffrey_Baehr,

I’m sorry to hear you’ve hit an issue with your Nucleus! After reviewing your account, I do see the Nuclues was online recently. Is it back up and running?

I was also able to review your Nculesu diagnostics and see a few potential errors that may lead to database corruption. It appears that the corruption may have started as early as 04/02.

Do you by chance have a backup saved that pre-dates this date? I would also suggest refreshing your database to see how things perform. Steps to follow below:

  • Create a Backup of your current Roon Database
  • Stop RoonServer from running in Nucleus’s WebUI
  • Navigate to your Nucleus’ Database Location
  • Find the folder that says “RoonServer”
  • Rename the “RoonServer” folder to “RoonServer_old”
  • Restart the RoonServer in the WebUI to generate a new Database
  • On the Roon Remotes, press “Use another Core” and connect to the new database

I’ll be on standby for your reply. :+1:
