Cambridge Audio 851n and Wiim amp sync issue

Tp Link Archer 2800 router. TP link AC 1750 extender. 45 Mbs internet service ROCK running on NUC 5i5RYH oc ethernet Cambridge Audio 851n and Wiim Amp connected as RAAT Zone via WiFi. When I start to play something the 851n and Wiim are in sync. However over time, say listening to an album the Wiim falls increasingly behind the Cambridge. Any suggestions

Thanks for writing in to let us know about this issue. I think the next step here is to enable some diagnostics on your account so our technical staff can get some more insight into what’s going on here.

However, before I enable this feature, I’d like to ask for your help ensuring we gather the right information.

First, can you please reproduce the issue once more and note the time at which the error occurs. Then respond here with that time, and I’ll make sure we review the diagnostics related to that timestamp.

Thanks for getting back to me, I started a stream from Live Radio about 17.58 BST and by 18.15 the Wiim was clearly behind the Cambridge 851n when the stream ends a bit before 18.30 the difference is very obvious.

I hope that this helps. Please let me know if there is anything else I do to help with this issue.

If you pause the stream they restart in sync.

I think you can close this issue.

Yesterday my broadband was upgraded to full fibre at 150Mbs. Last night and this morning there have been no problems.

I presume that there is a improvement in the quality of service compared to the previous Fibre to the cabinet.
