Can I connect Roon ARC to Roon Server without using Tailscale if I’m CGNAT ISP?

Currently I’m on CGNAT ISP and using Tailscale to connect Roon ARC via Roon server when I’m on the go. My ISP (SIMBA) have an article about way to connect (host) without using a third party VPN (Tailscale). Here is article

Here is an example of connecting to a NAS. It supports native IPV6 and have an open demo platform with access it using any of these three usernames: simbafbb, simbafbb2, simbafbb3. The password of all three accounts is “IPv6.is.the.future!” I’m not sure this can be applicable to Roon server if it can work in NAS. Any thoughts on this development?

Roon ARC was to support IPV6 when you have a routeable IPV6 address, but I don’t know if this was implemented. I certainly can’t get this to work with Roon (but can for other apps.)
