Can i use roon without having enough music on my pc?

Hello, I used to have a beautiful music collection with an online provider but it stopped its services and thus my music library. I have no music, local files, on my pc. Can I use Roon by manually searching ?

@Alain_Franzolini You can subscribe to Tidal and use that as your entire library via Roon.
