Can I use Windows 10 to set up Nucleus - it just keeps crashing

I just unboxed new Nucleus. Pugged in power connected to router.
It just searches and searches. When the window Roon window is closed and the app reopened the annoying quote comes up and behind that I can see the app seeing my Nucleus. And then the app crashes and shuts down.
Full uninstall, shut off everything, and restart takes me back to the same circular error.
Frustrating start

After rerunning everything on an iPad I was then able to get Window 10 running. Hoping that I can use my SurfaceBook tablet but we’ll see.

Hopefully you got the free year of roon and tidal with your purchase?

I did get the year of Roon. Still trying to figure out how to get the TIDAL. I bought it from a dealer locally and I guess they have to figure out how to work this out - bought it yesterday so definitely should qualify.
