Can no longer access attached drive on Nucleus

I recently switched my Nucleus network set up from having it connected to a power line adaptor to connecting it into my Orbi Satellite. When click on network on my Mac it shows the Nucleus. But when I select it say “connection failed”. However the Nucleus is running and I can see GUI when I put in the IP address in the finder. I was able to move/delete files when it was connected to the power line adaptor.

If you manually enter this path can you connect?

smb://NUCLEUS/Data/Storage/InternalStorage

Its asking for a password ?

I was able to get in as guest. But it took several try’s. Not sure why

Hi @Larry_Gelman,

Yes, Guest can be used for both username and password and that should get you in.
