I can no longer connect to my core after updating to QTS 188.8.131.525 build 20201123. Roon hangs on the jumping logo screen forever. Roon Server app states Roon is running.
I think you will need to give more information about your network etc for tech to be able to assist.
I updated my Qnap TVS 471 last night with no issue. Have you re booted everything as a first step?
Network details: Cat 5e network cable
A reboot of the NAS is part of the update process.
Edit: Rebooted the NAS again and now all is working fine.
