Can no longer connect to my Roon Core via my phone or laptop phone remotes

Had been working until a few days ago. Tried reseting the network multiple times, turning off the Roon Core Machine - still can’t connect.

Could you please make sure that:

  • both your Core and remote devices are on the same IP subnet?
  • both your Core and remote devices are running the same (and latest) version of Roon?
  • if you have a firewall or anti-virus, could you please temporarily disable it?

What devices are you using as remote devices?

I’m using an iPhone and a MacBook Pro as remote devices. To my knowledge, both my core and remote devices are running the same version of Roon.

Working now … turned off all of the ‘Google Wifi’ nodes
