Can no longer connect to Roon with computer or iPad

Core Machine (Operating system/System info/Roon build number)

Nucleus +

Network Details (Including networking gear model/manufacturer and if on WiFi/Ethernet)

Ethernet, Araknis switching

Audio Devices (Specify what device you’re using and its connection type - USB/HDMI/etc.)

Meridan UltraDac connected via ethernet.

Description Of Issue

System worked fine until last evening. I have rebooted everything and I can connect to ip address of Nucleus + and it shows operating system, roon server software, roon labs software and Roon database as OK.

When i operate Roon from computer or iPad,it says “Waiting for Remote Core.”

My files are on a Qnap and that is reachable with the ip address.

I also have a Sooloos core on the qnap and it works fine.

For the iPad, select help and when you can add the IP address try 255.255.255.255.
On the computer, try turning off any firewall/anti-virus and see if you can then connect. If so, then make sure that Roon, RoonServer, and RAATserver are allowed.

Is the iPad still on the same network as the Nucleus?
Do any other Roon Remotes have issues connecting to the Nucleus Core?
