Hi @Hugues_Veilleux,

Welcome to the forum. Just to verify here, you have tried logging in to the TIDAL web player (listen.tidal.com) with the same credentials?

If so, you may want to try refreshing your TIDAL cache. You can do this by:

  • First creating a Backup of your current installation
  • Stop the RoonServer app from running in the App Center
  • Navigate to the location where Roon is installed on the QNAP via the QNAP file center
  • Locate the Cache folder in your install and delete this only this folder
  • Restart the RoonServer app from the App Center

If you give these instructions a try, does it resolve the issue?

Hello,

The web player says it cannot find my user?
Is my email not my user account?
Thanks.

Hi @Hugues_Veilleux,

Yes, the email address should be your user account, although the user name can also be separate. If you still have access to the TIDAL app you can go to Menu -> File -> Settings and it should list your username there.

If you still have issues logging in with that username, it could be a TIDAL account issue and I would suggest you reach out to TIDAL support directly.

Thanks, I got it working, Ashamed to say I was using the Roon password for Tidal. My bad.

Hi @Hugues_Veilleux,

Glad you got it sorted out. No worries, hope you have a great day!
