Can not approach core from desktop or mobile

I have my core on a synology nas. Everything works fine. Accept approaching the core from a desktop or mobile phone in order to configer it ,

doesn’t work. The system keeps on searching.

Hitting the ‘configureer’ button shows the searching screen.

Any one any idea?

That’s because the Synology is not running the Roon Operating System (Roon OS). Roon OS is only present on Roon’s Nucleus/Nucleus+ music appliances, or on the DIY ROCK/NUC systems.

For Roon Cores running on Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems, that button is irrelevant, and if you click it, it will search forever in your home network looking for a Roon OS, and not find anything…
