Apologies for the slow response here. Are you still having issues with logging in with your Roon Core? I checked our diagnostics system and it looks like the Statement was communicating with our servers several days ago. If you are still having issues, you may also want to reach out to Innuous support as they may have additional tools to diagnose the login error.
Part of it is solved - Innuos was so kind and acted immediately and none of the problems was on their side.
It actually looks as if Roon is in a mess. It looks as if it might be overloaded at times.
Some of the issues I encounter - despite having my internet in perfect condition.
Your server takes too long to reach
When in Roon I sometimes get message “Can’t connect to Roon Search”
Since I had to factory reset my Innuos many of the Covers do not yet show in my library - how long will this take?? Or what shall I change?
Versions does not always pop-up
Lastly as something to improve: backup of roon database - why can’t there be an option to directly back it up on my Innuos server without having to give it the address.
