Description of Issue

I have a Mac OS system. I cannot find my Roon core on my system.

Yes, I have had the unit serviced by small green computers, they did all the diagnostics tests.

On my network my system recognizes the Sonic transport it will allow me to open up on to the Sonic transport as a guest that’s normal but it does not find the Roon core operating system.

I’ve done like any other end user, I’ve turned it off turned it on, reset what I could reset but it does not find the Roon core.

Please help me with this issue

You might have rebooted your entire Sonictransporter, but have you also done this…
Browse to your Sonictransporter and enter the app page.

Then click Roon Server and restart this.

I hope this will help… it reminds me of a similar problem I once had.

Did you also try restarting your network devices and let them renegotiate the IP addresses?

I restarted my router in an attempt to reset the IP, but no luck in the result

Hey @Jeffrey_Sykes1,

Ben with the support team here, thanks for taking the time to write in, and for your patience! Our team was able to pull your account up and review your core diagnostic. On our end, it looks like you’ve been able to successfully find your core and stream music recently. Are you still running into issues?

I’ll be on standby for a status update. Thanks! :+1:
