My nucleus plus does not want to connect to update to 1.7. It just spins and spins. Should I unplug my server? What can I do?

What does the GUI look like…what DNS setting are in there.

If not, can you share a screenshot of what you’re seeing?
Never had to reboot the server. How do I do that’s.
Sorry none of those terms are familiar to me. I con no longer see the software because it expects me to update the software and it won’t

Back panel layout
- Power button and Power LED
- Press power button once to turn on the unit or to initiate a clean shutdown.
- A dim white LED will be lit when the unit is powered on.
- Hold the power button for 4 seconds to hard power off.
