Can’t access Tidal

Core Machine (Operating system/System info/Roon build number)

Network Details (Including networking gear model/manufacturer and if on WiFi/Ethernet)

Audio Devices (Specify what device you’re using and its connection type - USB/HDMI/etc.)

Description Of Issue
Can’t access Tidal. When I try to sign in I get

“incorrect username or password” message.

I went to Tidal and reset my password. I have no problem access my Tidal Account through Tidal. I rebooted my core. Nothing seems to work. Thanks

Did TIDAL work for you in Roon previously?

Just to confirm, are you on the latest version of Roon? The latest version uses TIDAL’s web page to sign in, so it should be just the same as signing in on the TIDAL website.

I’ve used Roon/
Tidal for three years…but, I have not updated to the latest version of Roon. I’ll try that. Thanks.

Yes…after the upgrade I found a new screen that asked for my Tidal info. It works just fine now. Thanks.
