Description Of Issue

Since the 1.7 update I have updated core and remotes (android phone, iOS iPad, win 10 remote, windows desktop pc). Whenever I open the roon remote on any of these devices they can’t find the core. Weirdly I can PLAY from the core to the devices attached to these remotes.

Is there anything I can do to get the remotes to connect to the core??? It’s killing me!

Hi @Raimondo_Bruno,

Can you share a screenshot of the remote device when you’re trying to connect?

Can you verify that all remotes are also on 1.7?

Have you tried rebooting the Core and your remotes?

Got it! I had done all of that but it looks like when I updated the core to 1.7 the default settings had turned off the ability of the core to accept remote connections. Phew, case closed.
