Description Of Issue
Can’t locate streamers in Roon software hardwired to router works with project remote Berkeley alpha DAC with USB interface.

I would first say turn any firewalls off tho.

I can not log into tidal via the roon app.

What kind of Roon Core are you using? What is your network setup like?

For us to be able to properly suggest troubleshooting steps, some more information regrading your setup would be very helpful, so please do let us know when you have a chance.

Is the issue the same if you reboot your Roon Core, Roon Remote and your Networking Gear?
