Description Of Issue
I can browse to Tidal, see all albums and music but playing is not working anymore.
It worked fine but then, I think two weeks ago, while using the environment the music from Tidal began to skip.

I can login to Tidal with my account and play music without Roon. I have connected Roon - Tidal again but nothing works. I did clean the cache directory on the QNAP environment, I reinstalled the Roon server app on the QNAP. Nothing works here.

Hi @Norman_van_Wijnen,

Welcome to the forum! If you try to use another PC as the Core, are you able to properly start playback with the same TIDAL account? You can switch Cores by using these instructions:

  • Open Roon on the other PC you wish to try as the Core
  • Roon Settings -> General
  • Disconnect
  • On the “Choose your Core” screen, press “Use this PC”
  • If asked to Unauthorize, you can go ahead and do so. You are limited to one active Roon Core at a time but you are free to switch between them as often as you’d like.
  • Verify if the same behavior occurs on the different PC
