I really don’t know how to build a computer, and I bought the Nucleus for myself, but wanted to find a less expensive alternative turnkey option for my sister. Any suggestions?

You should be able to get a machine ready assembled depending on where you are. In the U.K. Scan Computers can supply pre-assembled machines but of course I don’t know where you are.
I’m in the US. Any companies you could recommend would be appreciated.
