Thanks for reaching out to ask us about this issue. According to our records you haven’t set up a Roon Server yet. This is an essential first step for using Roon. This article can help you understand what you need to do. Unfortunately I don’t think we have a Spanish version of that article. So if you need clarification on anything please let us know.
