Cannot access core with Roon ARC and have app for port forwarding downloaded from service provider

According to my service provider, Shaw (in BC, Canada) there is nothing they can do to enable Roon ARC on my iPhone 13 gain access to my core. Anybody have any suggestions? I’m spending tons of time on this without any success. If not done already, Roon needs to have a step-by-step set of clear instructions for setup without mixing in a host of other topics on the same page.

It would be really helpful if you shared the diagnostics message display in Settings > Roon ARC. Moreover, please include the following information:

  1. What is the make and model of your modem and router?
  2. Do you have any additional network hardware, like additional routers or managed switches?
  3. Who is your internet service provider, and your geographic region?
  4. Is your modem configured in bridge mode so that it operates only as a modem, or do you have the ports forwarded on both devices?
