Cannot access Nucleus+ web UI or connect Roon client (ref#CMHTRL)

Description of Issue

The unit has booted and acquired an IP address, I can ping the device but can’t access the webui nor can a Roon client connect - the device shows as ROCK.

This is probably a sign of imminent SSD failure, we have seen it before. Make sure that you have a Roon backup, but do not overwrite older existing ones, just in case it is faulty. (If you don’t have any recent one, try to create one now, but in a new location)

I have moved your topic to Nucleus Support and Roon staff will take care of you. In the meantime, it will help Roon to know where and when you purchased it.
