Description Of Issue

till yesterday all was ok
after the today upgrade of sinology to DSM 6.2.4-25556
the iPad or mac reach a screen

click on connect and go to

enter my credential and

I click go back and return to the same screen like above asking me the credential

I have
restart the synology

restart the Core in synology Package center

restore Core from back up

the synology is working like before update

thank you

You could have ‘unauthorised’ the core and probably everything would have returned to normal without to restore from backup. Had this a couple of times on my Synology.

I don’t run Roon Core on my NAS, but DSM 6.2.4-25556 made other apps, Syncthing especially, to glitch in various ways. Not sure what they did, but Synology seems to be on a mission to break any app they don’t provide themselves.

Thank you very much

That solved my problem
