No acces on my roon server (PC OK : on network and roon server start)

Describe your network setup

Try powering OFF your roon server (NUC) completely. Wait for about a minute or two. Then turn the power ON again.
I encountered similar issues a few times and the steps above helped restore the Roon server back to normal.

Hey @Pierre_Mack,

Thanks for writing in, and welcome to the community! We’re excited to have you here, and apologize in that its an issue that prompted your recent post.

Following-up on your issue, we’re seeing both Roon remote running on your DESKTOP-BI48P2R as well as your Roon Server on the other windows 11, which is good news.

How are your devices connected to your router? If possible, can you set up a direct ethernet connection from your machines to your primary router, and see if you run into the same issue?

If you haven’t yet, I’d also reboot both your Router, Roon Server, and Remote device and attempt to re-connect.

Lastly, do you have any active firewalls between your windows machines? Since you are using a Windows PC, I would verify that both Roon.exe and RAATServer.exe have been added as exceptions to your Windows firewall.

You can use these instructions to add the exceptions and the executables themselves would be located in your Database Location/Application folder path.

I would also add these exceptions to any Antivirus or other Firewall blocking applications you may have and ensure that you connected to your network via a Private network, not a Public one, see this guide for more information.

We’ll be on standby for your reply, thank you! :raised_hands:
