Cannot access/see \\ROCK\Data to install CODECs

Description of Issue

I’m new to ROCK. I just managed to update the BIOS and install ROCK.
On my 3rd party laptop I can access ROCK via IP address but I can’t find/access \ROCK\Data to install the CODEC file.

Any suggestions?

So how are you trying to access your ROCK/NUC over the network? From Windows File explorer or Mac Finder?

In the file manager of windows enter \\ROCK and it should return a data directory. The Codec folder should be under there.
