Cannot add Tidal album to my Library

Nucleus + Roon Version 1.7 (build 555)

Network Details (Including networking gear model/manufacturer and if on WiFi/Ethernet)

Ethernet

Audio Devices (Specify what device you’re using and its connection type - USB/HDMI/etc.)

KEF LSX in Wired mode

Description Of Issue

Roon works fine with Tidal and is fully functional in all respects. However recent attempts to add a Tidal album to my library results in me receiving this message after about 15 seconds.

“Adding this album is taking longer than normal. Roon will keep trying in the background”

Album is never added to my library.

Have previously added Tidal albums to my library. This issue is recent.

Any ideas?

Have you done any troubleshooting like rebooting everything?

Can you please try to reboot your Nucleus via the Web UI?

Can you please share a screenshot of what the WebUI looks like on your end as well? Particularly the networking section?

Reboot of everything, Roon, PC and all networking equipment did the trick.
