The Dali is not Roon Ready, they gave up on getting the Callisto range certified ages ago. May work via Airplay if that’s supported on the hub. Just because it’s Blusound doesn’t mean it automatically works, all devices have to go through certification as they all have different implementations under the hood.

The Dali Rubicon is not a Roon Ready product and uses its own proprietary wireless protocol. Please see their website here for the latest firmware and particular specifications: RUBICON 2 C | Wireless active stand-mount speaker | DALI Loudspeakers

We’ve taken a look at diagnostics from your account and Roon is reporting multiple subnets in your local network, preventing your RoonServer from directly contacting devices that might be nearby in your ecosystem. How many routers do you have in your home, and how is your MacBook connected to the internet?
