Description of Issue

I cannot connect my nucleus to the network and it can’t find it.

I don’t have any storage I only use it for streaming

Home Network Details

I have it hardlined to an ethernet cable that goes from my patch panel and it’s fed off in Orbi router. Everything worked perfectly for a year now it won’t respond and it can’t find the roon nucleus

Hello @Christopher_Garner ,

Can you please turn the Nucleus on and connect the HDMI output from the Nucleus to a TV or monitor and check what you see? You should be seeing some diagnostics info on the output, but if you don’t see anything at all, do let us know this too. Was the Nucleus purchased less than 2 years ago? Directly from us or through a dealer?
