Cannot connect - strange request for s/w update

Cannot access roon (from PC and Android)
Request for sw update although All are at the latest versions

You have the earlyaccess (beta) version installed on “This PC” and the production version installed on the “Desktop”.

This is never a good idea, but this combination is explicitly not working with the latest earlyaccess update, as mentioned in its release notes:

Generally, your core and all remotes should consistently use production versions OR earlyaccess versions

All my connected items use ver 2.0 early access (android phone and pc)

What can i do now?

Where can i find ver 2.0 Production on my remote access pc and Android

Managed to update my pc remote to production build 1277

My server is production 2.0 ver 1277

Cannot find/install production version for my android phone.

Tried Remote legacy but is not ok.

Did remove my beta tester on apps store.
After uninstsll, i reinstalled the roon remoe but still on early access and get uncompetability message

Please help

Found the apk on the network. Not on the android apps store!

Problem solved
Thanks

With Android you should normally be able to leave the beta directly in the Google Play Store.

However, it will not immediately revert to the production version. Instead, it waits until the next production update appears with a higher version number, and then it switches.

Therefore, installing the APK was the right thing to do for you now to switch quickly.

Note:
In addition, several people wrote that there seems to be currently an issue in the Play store where it always reinstalls the beta version even if you leave the beta. This is discussed in this thread:

Thanks for the support.
When is the correct Android version expected in the android store?

I’m just a fellow user, so I don’t know dates. There is a new update with some features and bug fixes being tested in earlyaccess (beta) now, so I guess they will push a regular production update when they are satisfied. Hopefully soon, but I don’t know for sure
