Cannot connect to ARC on Google Nest Wifi Pro

I just uograded my network with two Google Nest Wifi Pro, in a mesh network, and then Roon ark stopped connecting.

I already configured manually the por forwarding, but I’m getting this error:

Have you rebooted the core

Thank you. It was a multiple NAT problem. The modem lost the bridge mode for some reason, then, after a reboot of the core (thanks for the suggestion), it started working.
