Cannot connect to Nucleus after update using the Roon app

QNAP NAS for music storage

Description Of Issue
The Roon system was working fine before an update performed on Monday this week, since then the Roon app sees the Nucleus and the QNAP NAS within the app but cannot connect since the update.

Are you able to reach the Nucleus Web Administration Interface?

yes, I also can access this by entering the IP address into my pc browser.

Can you try rebooting the Nucleus from the web page? Is there any change after doing so?

Are other remotes able to connect okay?

Can you share a screenshot of the specific error you’re seeing?
